Step 1: Open the box and inspect the item. Verify that the received item matches your order and is free from physical damage or defects.

Step 2: Remove the original taillights. If you encounter difficulties, there are likely hidden fasteners or alignment tabs that need to be located. Review the new taillights to help identify the hidden fastener locations, which are typically two to four per light. They may be behind an interior panel, bumper, trunk lid, or tailgate.

Step 3: Once the taillights are removed, transfer any bulbs or wiring harnesses from the original taillights to the new units. Then plug everything in and test all lights to ensure proper functioning of the brake light, parking light, turn signal, emergency/hazard, and reverse lights.

Step 4: If necessary, unplug the new taillights and install them in the reverse order of the original removal process. Plug the new taillights back in and verify that they are working correctly.

These taillights are compatible with the following vehicles: - 14-19 Chevy Silverado 1500 - 15-19 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD 3500 HD - 15-19 GMC Sierra 3500 HD with Dual Rear Wheels

They do not fit 2016+ LTZ, High Country, SLT, or Denali models, nor do they fit LED tail light models (only halogen tail light models).
